1. Shipping Policy

ThasiTrade ships orders from Venlo, the Netherlands, to customers within the EU.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Shipments include tracking via PostNL, DHL or DPD.

• Delivery time within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days.

• All items (new, outlet, or returned stock) are checked and verified before shipping.

2. Return Policy

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

Return conditions:

• Items must be in the same condition as received.

• Outlet and returned-stock items may show minor signs of use; this is always mentioned in the product description.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered incorrectly or defective.
